April through November only. January to March never rent, and December is the owners' season. A week appears here once no owner holds it; it moves to the rental side when you send it, and not before.

Every week of the year is deeded to an owner already, so only one room a week is spare on its own. Floating owners can book beyond that only if you open rooms here. A room you open is a room that cannot be rented, so this is the same inventory as the list below, pointed the other way.
